any one know the date bansko is holding the fis worldcup race bet bode has never skied bansko before

Just the week. Plus probably the week before for prep.

Lat year was closed, for a less important race, for more than one and a half month!!!!! From 30-1-08 to about middle march when the race occured......SO i imagine that this year tomba will be open before christmass and then after the race again I hope i am wrong...

Think that would put Bansko out for me, it really did limit the runs we were there the week of the race the red was shut most of the week as well for practice, plus hot weather limited the ski area. I know they maybe need this but two years running could ruin the tourist trade. Maybe they need to think what is more important.

Any clarification on this? Closing the resorts premier black run for long periods over 2 consecutive seasons is taking the piste. Seriously though.

No it hasnt been clarified and I cant see the tour operators advetising it can you?
