Bansko Ski Packages

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I would go for ski packages (school, ski hire, lift pass) in Bansko? I am going out 20 March with my daughter and both haven't skied before.

Is it bet to hire before going out or hire when you get there?

Try Bansko Mountain Sport last shop on the left before the lights as you head uphill to the gondola. Opposite Foks. Great gear and prices.

Hazel,
If you are travelling with a tour op it can often be much cheaper to book ahead with them, some of the learn to ski packages are really good value and include your kit, lift pass and six days instruction.
If you are travelling under your own arrangements there are a number of hire shops in resort who will arrange everything for you, or you can arrange it all with Ulen who run the lifts and most of the cafes on the mountain.
Sure you will have a good time, I learnt to ski in Bansko ...

re: Bansko Ski Packages

Thank you for your advice.

Has anyone got an e-mail address for the Mountain Shop to hire skis etc. Or for Ulen?

Is it safe to leave the ski hire and lessons until we get out there or book before?
