Does anyone know if its been snowing in Bansko,also going out their next Saturday and staying at the Lion any good bars near by.

Hello Dave,
In Bansko now, and staying at the Lion.

Regarding snow.....It couldnt be any better right now. It must have snowed 20 cm yesterday, and it made for excellent skiing today all over the mountain. The one negative is that the ski road home is quiet slow....but then it means it is excellent for beginners.

Pubs near by include JJ Murphys, Friendly Bar & the Irish bar.
