purchased apartment at Pirin Golf. Due to pay last installment around October but looking at exchange rate and it not looking too good. Will cost us approx £8000 extra. Anyone else got this problem? Any views or solutions?

Have you a Bg bank account? If you have, I would watch the exchange rate and act quickly to transfer Euros when it looks better.
I'm waiting for a better exchange rate too

I've used Currencied Direct for all my property payments as the rate is very near the actual base rate, this has saved loads, but unfortunately all of Eu is in the same boat and my flat in Prague (Czech Koruna) has ended up costing me 30% higher on my last installment over the rate I got at reservation time, but that is life unfortunately. Good luck.

I use HiFx - only one I knew about really and the rates seem to be acceptable (on larger amounts!).
