Is their an Owners Group formed trying to get problems at Cedar Heights sorted out? If so does anyone have any contact details?
I am part of the Kavarna KI & KII Owners Group who are 48 of the 70 owners in the Kavarna KI & KII Complex who have formed a group to get Bulgarian Properties (BGP) to live up to their promises and fulfill their contracts with the owners.
It sounds to melike Cedar Heights is having all the same dramas with Bulgarian Dreams.

the link taskes you to the forum search facility, type Cedar Hights into box and press "search" below it. Shed loads of threads come up mentioning Cedar in Bansko.
You have to register with the site to post messages, but you don't have to to read them, Cedar might have a private chat room for owners only, I am a member of such a thread for St Ivan, again it's free, just takes a few days to be granted access, but you will see there is a lot on there about Cedar anyway........Good Luck; Ian

Note to phil,
We have an apartment in cedar heights 2, and also Karvarna. Villa St Georges. We have had the same problems with our management company, and thanks to some dedicated owners, we have joined together to form an owners association which is what tony, gavin and others are trying to do in cedar heights.
All owners need to be involved to be effective in managing our assets properly.

Hello. I am part of the CH Owners Group.
Due to individual issues at the Complex we run two group sfor CH1&2 and also CH3.We are though all still working together.
Philip de Ross pdeross@gmail.com is heading up the CH3 group which is obviously best for you. Contact him he will be pleased to hear from you and has a wealth of knowledge about investing in Bulgaria adn running owners groups . You will be in good hands.

Hi All,
I am having major problems with the builder of CH3, who so far are almost refusing to send legal info to our solicitors, this has been dragging on now since December.
No one seems to have answers when I try to press for info. I see that I might not be the only person who is experiencing this.

i hear the problem is the developer was building on clients monies instead of putting it into an escro account with the solicitors, an has now ran out of money and cant complete to get act 16. anyway like i said that is what i hear so mayb load os rubbish

Apart from the fact your posting could probably land you in a libel suit in just about any UK court l would like to say l think "unfounded rumors" are like idol gossip, it may entertain some but it misleads others.
The Cedart Heights Owners Group (CHOG) is a group of owners that is attempting to pool what is considered to be acurate information for the benefit of all members/owners.
You may wish to join CHOG (if you bought in CH 1 & 2) or CH3OG (if you purchased in CH3) and we will try and keep you informed just as we are trying to do for all Cedar Heights owners.

rumours in BG are often not far from the truth matey with a libel suit in just about any UK court OR NOT.

Anyway no i didnt buy in there i brought in another devlopment in pamps, which im glad to say aint had no problems, touch wood.
