Has anyone had any further updates re - when will it be complete? I keep hearing Dec08... but thats it no actual date & zero response from Lawyer.

Have bought here also and have been told the same, my father in-law is going out there at the end of the month so I'm sure he will find out some answers, will post as soon as I know.

bought in pirin 3,told it will be finnished first along downtown district . we expect ours to be mid nov.

Im going out there on the 7th Nov for a weekend so will be going there to meet the developer see my place & select the furnishing.
Have decided to use balkenstroy to furnish it as I really like their style.
Not really sure if I will want to try to rent it out - might just keep it for us so we can use it when ever we like. In which case a nice TV, DVD player better bed etc will be spec'd.
It is a studio with south west views onto the mountains - but overlooking the outdoor pool of the District 1 complex. We will certainly be using it in the summer months & for the ski season.

I've bought in Pirin 1, Vincent who is the general manager of the rental side of Balkanstroy told me the middle of January would be more realistic.
