hi josh I still have no rental income yet suppose to have how rental money put in the bank three weeks ago joke hey contacted orco three weeks ago to see if we have any more rental in our apartment but havent heard nothing going out to pamps on the 13th feb so Iwill try and find out more then. sue |

Hi we are sitting in the lobby bar at Villa Amata
We were in Sofia prior to coming here to open another bank account.We had to do this as the bank closed the 1st account due to the fact that no money had EVER been paid into it by Greenlife or Orco.
The following day we arrived unanounced at Greenlifes office at 22 Zlaten Rog(exactly the same address as Orco).Mariana Daskalova (Sales & Marketing Manager)Saw us,told us that Desi would deal with the rental guarantee for us as there would have to be certain deductions.We left our mobile number.The morning after Desi called to say Jordan(orco) at Pamps would have our money & pay us on Monday!Should be interesting!!!! |

H I Bob And Joanne thats interesting I wonder if they will pay you,on Monday, we were supposed to have our money transfered over three weeks ago I will contact desi and see if they will do the same for us because we are due to go to pamps on the 12th of feb.A.re thye apartments very busy have they many people staying in them apparantly we were only having rental in ours between the 1st and the 3rd of January have you been skinng the snow looks good out their.enjoy nthe rest of your stay Sue And Nick. |

Thanks for the note. I would echo Sue's note and say what is the general feel of things there? I heard recently, although i don't know if there is any truth in it, that one of the reasons there is trouble with rental is that the wiring system in the development has no 'earth' and there are no heat or smoke sensors in the rooms. Hence leading tour operators are steering clear as it does not comply with EU regulations. Quite a concern actually.

Hi Josh & Sue.Very good snow has'nt stopped since our arrival.Meeting with jordan been delayed he is having trouble getting here cos of the roads.Saw him yesterday & he promised cash & signing stuff etc.Well worth contacting desi to arrange with Jordan.Will update you after we've seen him so you know what to expect.Occupancy wise very quiet.Perhaps it will pick up when news about good snow gets out.No english people here so far.Electrics seem ok,there are smoke alarms fitted but best not test them.Finish of apartment could be better,but all works.Our only rental was last week Dec & 1st week Jan.Hoping to ski today.Will let you know if we find anything else out.Cheers Bob & Jo.

Hi all,we met with Jordan and found him to be very helpfull & informative.Orco is aware of the few cosmetic problems & have plans to rectify them.He told us that greenlife have not been able to adequately fulfill all of their promises due to the economic climate but assured us that Orco are committed to making it work.For the owners & the people employed here.Greenlife ARE paying the rental guarantees.Jordan gave us ours in cash today  & tomorrow we will sign papers for the coming season.Only 380 euro's was deducted as there was a few days rental from last year,so we are quite chuffed with that.Having said that,it's only been possible by travelling here! I have a bit more info so anyone interested please feel free to email me on the above address.Snow was great on mountain today,looking forward to falling over again tomorrow.regards Bob & Jo.

Glad you got your rental I contacted Desi to ask where our rental was ,apparently it was transfered into our account and then sent back to them for some reason,can't understand why,apparently green life are putting the money into our bank by the end of the week. Is it possible to have your email address I did send the one what was stated above but it didn't want to send.

we had no luck with our rental, we kept sending desi text messages, she did reply saying that greenlife have no money to pay any body so I think were stuffed,we won't see any thing I just think you were very lucky to get yours.The problem is now that orco are struggling to keep the place running because they have no money.They are still waiting from green life. We spoke to jordan on thursday the 18th of feb just before we were leaving pamps and he said the apartments were fully booked for the next few weekends we shall see, somebody was going in our apartment on friday, Also in our block they have a problem in the basement where the car park was supposed to be it is full of water so thats a concern as well we could be paying a big bill soon ,for repair work I can see it happening.

Have just found out that my profile had dissapeared off this forum, thought it was funny it had all gone a bit quiet.
We got a mail from Desi about two weeks ago saying Greenlife had suspended all payments for a while and would contact us when they start to pay them again (no chance) i will keep the pressure on and email every month. We had the same story as you Desi told us the rental had been transfered to our bank and it never turned up. Did you see anyone when you went over last month.
Do you think the complex looks ok as there seems to be mixed reports.
Anyway hopefully i will be back in the thread now and keep up to date with whats going on.

Hi all, just found this forum and pleased (in a way) that there are others in same situaton. We have been pressing Desi and Jordan for month for 2008/9 rental guaranteed income and have had no payout. I called Desi who said that everyone was chasing her and we would be paid by summer. We have not rented out therefore for this season (she told me we missed some good snow!). Have not seen finished apartment (Amata) so would love to hear from anyone with photos, news if you can give me your email addresses?? We have our Bulg lawyer onto this and she has advised to sit it out rather than waste money fighting in court. Any responses greatly appreciated and will read this forum again in detail tonight!! |

Hi to all, and am so glad I have found you! I have bought a studio apartment in Orpheica, Evridika Hills (O22b) off plan in about 2006, and after paying all the tiered payments and additional furnishings, utilities, maintenance fees, etc, I have still not received my guaranteed rental income (I guess like most of you!). Desi replied to my last email so rudely and abruptly, saying that they did not have the money to pay me. After contacting a solicitor in Bulgaria, who said that it would best for me to try and contact others in a similar situation, I now have found you!! Perhaps I should go out to Pamps but I am so fed up with my property and am really concerned about my investment, I am not sure I want to bring my children over and then get disappointed and upset! Just fab to touch base with you guys and would be happy to be advised what to do next! My email is marina.cameron@talktalk.net

Hi Reggie, I also got an email asking for money for heating costs - I replied saying that i would like my apartment to have heating and hot water, but they can take these costs out of the guaranteed rental income I have not received yet. Suffice to say, I have had no reply since. I probably have a freezing cold, empty apartment now! I must say that I completely regret this investment as I stupidly remortgaged my house to put into this as savings when I got divorced. Now that my mortgage payments have got higher here, I really can't afford to pour more money into this without knowing i will get a return. I will fly out though if it gets me my rental fee, or to meet up with this forum! Does our aparthotel look nice? I hope so!!!
