Has the Pamps mid-station webcam got stuck ?

Has the Pamps mid-station webcam got stuck ?

Looking at the cam over the last few days, it seems that perma-rain has set in. Also the date at the top has not changed from 28th May.

Does it stall from time to time, or is it my PC ? In fact, why am I looking at it at all in the middle of June ?
