I will need to furnish an apartment in July 2008. Pity Ikea are not opening earlier. Is there any country close to Bulgaria where I could buy from IKEA.re: IKEA
There's on in Romania, but that's some distance.

Read somewhere that Ikea are suposed to be opening in Sofia in October might be worth looking into, depends on your time scale.
There's one in Theseloniki in Greece, prob can't hire a van in Greece and take it out if country, but can prob hire a Bulgarian one but might cost about 50 Eu extra to cross border, worth looking into.
Depends where you are in Bg. I read on another bb that there is a UK guy in Razlog that will get the stuff for you (you order it out of Ikea catalogue) deliver, ...
