I've recently seen the Lucky Bansko development and it looks excellent. Could anyone tell me what sort of rental return are owners getting?

6%.
However has recently had to decrease to 4.8-4.9% ish due to the downturn.

I have a 1 bed and really enjoy the place top quality place.
