Fantastic weather at the moment, treated ourselves to a thermometer, 30 degrees on the patio and it was only midday 
Yesterday, to escape the heat we drove up the mountain, across Tomba (new tarmac  ) and on up to Bunderitsa in the valley between Todorka and Vihren...
Absolutely glorious, the restaurant was open, a spring cooled Zagorka, and soak up the views...
I never realised but they lay on a bus service, three times a day picking up from the bus station, outside the Glazne Hotel and the Strazhite, 5lv a head, gotta be good value 
Bansko getting busier now with the approach of the National Day (24th May, my birthday also, i feel a celebration coming on !!), the square is buzzing, especially in the morning and evenings when its cooler... ah well, back to this hell

Steve - That sounds fantastic. I over in a about months time so hopefully the weather will be scorchio scorchio, and the pubs open
I maybe giving you a call in the not too distant future to see about transfers etc.

No problem Jim, looking forward to seeing you, Irish will be open as will JJ Murphys... Weather is unpredictable at moment, dropped 20 degrees to what it was a week ago, but im sure we will be sweltering again soon

Uptheowls - I would never have guessed it Not a Blades fan then Yes mate got a place up near the Gondola, i'm loving it out there trying to make the most of it whenever possible

Jimmy Gee definately not - blue and white only allowed in our house. I did have fun watching the playoff final though!!!
Got a place up there myself. Haven't yet been out in the summer although i am desperate to see it in a different light. But manage a couple of ski trips every year.
Hoping the place will continue taking shape lik i think it has done in the last 12 months. Would like to see the roads paths and landscaping happen a bit quicker!!
