Does anyone know why the webcam in borovetts hasn't been updated since feb?

By that time the cam might have been moved to one of the summer resorts.

becasue from that day, the 22nd of feb onwards there was not alot of snow where the camera points at. Huge areas of muck and grass were exposed. I went the first week of march+started to get worried when they hadn't updated the camera.when i arrived what i saw was very different to what is shown by the camera. Thats the only reason i can think of
