Hi Deb..

Possibly a little rich if you are interested in renting long term. One beds furnished normally around 160E a month, two beds for 200E.
I appreciate i have not seen it, and that it may have fantastic fittings and facilities, but thought i would give you an idea of the going rate.
We have just moved into a large two bed/two bath fully furnished near the square for 200 a month plus bills..
And we brits pay more than the Bulgarians Surprised

And I was paying 400 a month during the season for a one bed within spitting distance of the gondola...

Mmmmm, maybe not to bad for the season Mat, especially near to gondola and im assuming with facilities, but further down the prices fall considerably, even in the season... Cool
I am basing the rentals on long term, all year, and there are quite a selection available as you can imagine, have seen studios as cheap as 80E a month unfurnished Surprised

If a small deposit is taken to cover breakages (plates, cups etc) then most will appreciate. We rent and take great care of the apartment we are residing in, in fact i will do small jobs to make our apartment better, fix skirtings, leaking showers, curtain rails, fix electric plugs into the wall, re-hang doors..... the things that should have been done before the apartment was handed over. In our present apartment i have plumbed in a washing machine, the fittings will remain when we leave so the next renter can install their machine. Our owners are benefitting to the tune of £200.00 a month, we pay all bills, the apartment is occupied so any problems can be observed and dealt with. Considering the initial purchase price this long term rental relates quite well proportionally to property in the UK considering that a two bed apartment in the region of £150,000 would command around £600.00 a month....
One last point, as a long term renter we also have a large amount of our own property in the apartment, this makes us observe more the security of the apartment... this maybe has not been the case when tourists have rented apartments for the week, ok, they are paying more but when your widescreen disappears, or your dvd etc, it kills any profit you may have made. Bad buy Mikey ??? no worst than long term investments in UK.....

rentals in bansko

Debs,
Just saw your post and I have just purchased an appt in the crystal development, a one bed, approx 200m form the gondola
Can I ask who have you used to advertise and can you suggest anyone who is better than the rest for marketing my property. All I see on the internet are huge promises but I cannot see any reservations........
Hope you can advise
