hi all, is anyone in borovets now/recently, is there still much snow at the top, or would it be possible to ride a bike down the mousala pathway, and is the gondola working at weekends?!

Hi Lewis,
Gondola is not operating again until July. The exact date is unknown.??? Not much snow left up top and yes, possible to ride down the pathway

We are all well thanks and enjoying some lovely Bulgarian sunshine and warmth...........
Yea, we are still here but set to fly over to NZ in a couple of weeks time. They have had heaps of snow in NZ and it looks like a good ski season coming on!.
Kevin, I haven't heard of or seen any bikes for hire in Boro.
One suggestion/option is to buy one 2/3 or 4? from Praktika in Sofia?
Then you have them on on a permanent basis 
Sorry I cant be of help in that department.

they rent them out from the front of the Samokov Hotel same place as the mini golf. |

They do rent them out but we wouldn't recommend them as they're really not very good quality and pretty old.... Will message you with some other options.
