Are you finishing the season prematurely and quietly ?
What about the people which have purchased seasonal (sorry 40 day skiing ) lift passes?
Are you just collecting the money and saying: Thank you very much?
That is a classic case of bad management!

As as example a 1 day pass in Bansko was up to the 31st March 63lv it is now 46lv and a 6 day pass was 340lv and is now 272lv hence my comment about 20-25% reduction. I am in agreement with you about the 40 day pass, we have raised online surveys and countless issues with Ulen (who run the resort by the way not me) on their facebook page.
