As nobody has replied yet, I will give my two bob's worth, although I can't fully answer your question.
I think you will struggle to find a lawyer *in* Pamporovo as it is a ski resort and those few locals who do actually live there, are mostly there to look after the tourists.

I have just looked them up and they are still operating.
If you particularly need a local lawyer, you might need to extend your search to include, Smolyan, Chepelare, Asenovgrad and Plovdiv.
