Ive just come back from a super holiday in Borovets and i have to say what a great place it was. One of the best holidays i have ever been on and i would love to go back again next year.
What i would like to know is the recipe for the Hot Chocolates they make at the Ice Angels Cafe/Hotel and the Samakov Lobby Bar. They are the best i have ever tasted and i would really like to know how they are made.
If someone wouldnt mind i would be eternally grateful if they could ask one of the ...

we had great hot chocolate to kids had it plain i had a nip of brandy in mine great just after a hard days ski incant help with recipe but will try ice angles next time
booked next year as we cant wait for more ski in in such a beautiful place and had a great time with so many helpfull people on the slopes to us beginners

Last time I had one in Borovets it was a case of get a pan of warm/hot milk and throw it in the liquidiser with a big bar of chocolate... top up with brandy to taste.. mmm!Regards

So how do you do Hot Chocolate in the UK???We use two different ways.
1.) Heat milk to boiling and put cacao in a cup, with sugar by taste, even if you like some cinemon, vanilla or chilli. Add the milk while stiring all. ready.
2.) Use real chcolate or Couverture,
Heat the milk gently, and grate the chocolate into, till the liquid is so thick as you want.Don't forget to stir.
Or buy Kaba and mixed with milk....
