hi i am going to borovets in 2 weeks anbd am taking kids, who are 16 and keen to drink haha. i was wondering what the legal drinking age is and how strict they are? thanks
Thank goodness you don't get there until after me. Keep children ( Yes that's what they are) out of adult places! They will have enough time to drink when they are the legal age of which is 18 same as Britain. Would you expect them to be able to drink over here??? I think not!!!
when we were there in january we had welsh school kids in the bars with us drinking while on school ski trip
cant say ther is a drinking age there
we saw 14 yr olds in bars
Proabably is a age limit. But there definitely not strict with it. Infact there not strict about anything. You could treat them to a £3 lap dance and a few dodgy dvds at the same time.
Supervised by a parent, no problem. Better that, than hanging around outside shops intimidating people. As long as they are sensible, who cares, they're on holiday too.
does not seem to be a strict polocy on such over there unless of course they are P****ed out of their heads after a couple!
I saw quite a few younger ones drinking quite more sensibly than the older ones I may add!
I too would rather know where my kids are, than having a sly drink in back alleys or doing drugs etc.
There again I would complain if i caught mine drinking now given there only 8 and 7!
cant wait to take my son at about sixteen out in Borovets though!!!
