where's the best place to ski in bulgaria, i've just got back from borovets and thought it was good,re: best place to ski
If you go to boro in good snow conditions, you can ski all the way down yastrabets and also down the mussala pathway, you will fall in love with the place............... but as I said, i am biased

Bansko's best for skiing. Not biased. Been to boro 4 times and pamps once and enjoyed both although the snow was a little dodgy in pamps at the time. Been to bansko last 2 years and from the perspective of the skiing it's a cut above the other 2. Guess i'm getting old cause don't judge resorts on night life anymore. Usually too tired!re: best place to ski

Been to all 3 main resorts
Learned in Pamps, next year went to Bansko, this year tried Borovets
all in half term
Had very good snow at Pamps - bus ride in but no probs very regular
at Bansko there were long gondola queues in half term but once past them great skiing
Loved Borovets - more compact and village atmosphere but again had good snow!
too exhausted for much apres ski but met lovely people everywhere
Lessons learned - avoid balkan flights - they change them and you can end up ...
