I really enjoy the 2 Chalin Valog Red/Black runs in Bansko... they're short but they're great fun, and challenging!
Also like the Cherveno Zname Black run at Borovets, probably the widest run i've been on, and liked the sort of valley half pipe down through the middle!
But gotta love some of the easier blues for messing around like the number 1 down to Bansko, and Haramia in Borovets.
My all time favourite too much adrenalin to know what to do with run has to be "The Beach" in waist deep powder Borovets. Sick!! take the wrong turn and its by by over a 150 ft cliff.
Borovets Yastabets 2
Panorama Canada Old Timer Classed as a blue but the last 100 yards is the steepest black I have ever seen if you miss the escape route.
For SP it would have to be Milenium untill he took the wrong turn and and ended up out in the wilds on some really bad blacks right on the edge of the resort.
dbut
The double M in Tignes Val Caret after finishing the glacier. Last run of the day on empty slopes when you know you should have called it a day but hey, you're being goaded by your mates, finishing with a pint of Ruby Leffe in the Camilion.
or
The red adjacent to the Tomba then down to the teepee for a beer with brandy chaser !
