Issue of kit & passes.

We arrive in Borovets at about 11pm local time on Friday. I take it that the following morning is when we will be issued with ski passes, ski equipment, etc.
Does anyone have any advise about getting hold of our gear. I would imagine that there will be a lot of people thatv morning and don't want to waste valuable skiing time witing for ski gear.Is all the gear issued from the same location or from each Hotel, etc.
Staying at the Hotel Ela. Any advise will be appreciated, thanks, Tony L

There are plenty of places in Borovets to hire skis from, each travel operator uses a different place, i went a few week ago with Inghams and you got your vouchers on the coach from the airport and had to pick up your gear between 8-10 the day after, we were there for about 8.30 and waited about 20 mins!!
