have been to borovets and pamps before but am thinking of taking a young family to bansko.
1 is the skiing suitable for beg/inter
2 is there plenty to do for kids on the night
3 does this resort have probs with ladies of the night as borovets and pamps does.
Bansko is prob best for inter but will be fine for the beginners too!!
esp if snow as good as ever!!
for kids there is bowling, and other games i think. as to the ladies of the night no where near such a prob as other resorts due to the fact that Bansko is a town in its own right!!
I take it that you are thinking of taking your own family and not kidnapping an unfortunate young family and forcing them to have all expenses paid fun in Bansko?
Bansko skiing is great! Enough to keep an intermediate happy for a week. Busy at weekends but not compared to big resorts. Hotel Strazhite has a bowling alley and some pinball machines plus a games room, table tennis really. Plus the pool and steam/sauna rooms. Perun similar facilities plus an out door pool as well as the great indoor one! (no bowling alley) Bansko has lots of lovely little tavern type places that are great for food and drink and so cheap. Went twice this year and loved ...
