Going to pamps for new year,then again maybe not.. sliped in the gym last night and dislocated my fascit joint at the bottom of my back..(Agony) Its now all in the hands of a physio in the morning...Wish me luck guys...share the pain!!!!

Thats it Im wrapping myself up in cotton wool for a week, no more squash,runnung and cycling.
