1 day lift pass?

1 day lift pass?

Just wondering if you can ski after your pass has run out by paying for extra time? Just asking as it's my birthday on the day we fly back home (flight at 8.55) and thought it would be nice if we could ski on that day. Would I:

a) have time to ski in the morning with having to check out, get the transfer to airport etc

and b) is it worth it for the money (if they do it that is)?

Yes you can get a 1 day pass, we have done this many times. Most hotels will allow you to extend your room checkout time for a small charge.

Do you have your own skis and boot? If not you wil also need to extend your hire period too.

I presume you mean 20.55 is your flight time?

You have not mentioned your resort or hotel so to give you any further advice is difficult.

Ahhh sorry - staying in Boro at hotel lion. Yes, 20.55 is the actual flight time.

Didn't consider the finer points of that plan lol! and yes I would need to extend boot and ski time as I dont have my own. Might make more sense to do something else on that day then like go ice skating or something instead as I'm not gonna be really gutted if I dont get to ski but I just have visions of spending my entire birthday travelling and hanging around airports otherwise!!! Sad

Speak to your rep or ski instructor. You can also get half day passes.

try snowboarding on the last day. you'll have a blast. Our instructor arranged this for us. we didn't need a lift pass, just played about on the slope in front the Rila.

We did this last year in Pamps because we too had a late flight home. We spoke to our instructor the day before and he arranged our extra day's ski hire - I think it was around 10 lev each. A day's lift pass was around 45 lev each. We had a fantastic day - it snowed the night before and the slopes were brilliant. It wasn't busy either, as it was changeover day for most people.
We'd packed up the night before and left our stuff in the hotel's baggage room. We got the last ski bus back ...
