Hi all.
My girlfriend and I are heading to Borovets for the 1st time at the start of Jan 13. I have a few weeks skiing experience and she has none (but will take part in a learn to ski course before we go at one of the indoor snow centres). Basically she needs a full ski package including ski pass, ski & boot hire and some tuition.
I've seen the packages but also seen on here that these beginner packages don't have full ski passes so would like to know where to get this.
Then I need ski hire (I have boots) and a full ski pass.
Also I would like one or two lessons just to hone those skills a little!!!
Any help would be apreciated as from reading on here it sounds a bit complicated in Borovets.
Also if anyone else is out from 5th Jan for a week get in touch, drinking buddies needed!!!
Sorry I should have mentioned that. I booked separate as my girlfriend works for a travel firm so she put it together very cheaply. I think this is where I am finding the issues as most posts say to contact their package company for any more help
If you google "Hunters Ski Borovets" they will be able to help you with equipment, lift pass and tuition, you can mix and match the packages to suit you both.
I have just booked with them for next January and i have mixed loads of packages together, they were very helpful.
If you choose not to go in ski school with her the instrctors will tell you what time to meet her ready for lunch etc
Hey Max, it probably seems complicated as there are a number of different options and it's a bit horses for courses but it isn't really. One thing is for sure, you are in safe hands here.
Many thanks all so far for the posts, I'm getting there slowly now!!!
@Emjay - You're definitely right, fell in safe hands already thanks to Hunters
@Kas&Bobby - Thanks again though sure you will have my email reply by now
@Chris - Cheers, Hunters seem the right bet, Kas and Bobby have been in touch and seem really helpful
All in all feeling much more confident now about our plans
Cheers all
