1st monday of month lift closure

hi does anyone know if lifts in borovets or bansko will be closed on monday 3rd of march even though its a public holiday please?

........And if it is, should we be trying to tap our ski company reps up for a day's refund on our lift passes that we've paid up front.

I'm hoping and suspect that they will be open. If not.....might have to start a new thread entitled "Anyone in Boro who knows how to operate a ski lift - 3rd March"

Big sigh, they do not shut the whole resort for the day. The lifts are normally only shut for half day maintance. And they will hardly close the lifts allday in a resort for a public holiday now would they????

No they wouldn't Dan that would just be plain silly wouldn't it!!! Just out of interest, do you know what day that they close the 3 man in pamps in the PM for maintance?? I think it was a thursday last time I was there, but couldn't be sure. cheers Dan..

Tuesday afternoons from 14:30 - according to the sign that was up last week.

There you go Rich!!! And at that time you will still be able to get up using the old 1 man lift matey!!
