Hi Steve,

Yes there are places you can ski doo but its only down a road for about 1mile then turn around and come back the same way.( its worth going on them though even if you have to follow the instructor).

As for tobogenging then im not sure as we didn't look for that.

The local hotel food in borovets is not that special (served LUKE warm), although if you go out and eat you get a good meal. There is a resturant by the rila hotel which does a great breakfast (english). About 5/6 places down from the smakov hotel is a really good resturant not sure of the name.

If there is snow in the village then you will need some kind of warm foot wear ie Moon boots.

Its very cheap for clothing out there not originals but very good copys.

There are two night clubs one in the Rila one in the Samakov if you call them nightclubs. Lots of bars to visit if you like that sort of thing.

All in all a very good place to go for your first ski holiday.

Have a great trip if you want any more information then email me.
