24 hours!!!

Did anyone find any unusual names for the board/ski instructors in Pamps - the strangest one I found was Tesco!! (honestly).

My instructor in Bansko was called Vaseline!!! She was lovely though, if a bit mad!!

Not unusal - but very apt, our snowboard instructor was called Angel - never a more true word spoken, he was devine!!!

I was in his group as well!

It's a long story but I spent my first day in his group then on the way down the mountain I got wiped out, on Thursday I was in Rozz's group, on Friday I got lost and ended up in Tesco's group.....................then Rozz's .............................what a carry on.

When did you go? we went half term.

Angel!! Which one?? Half of Bulgaria are called Angel

Made the assumption it must be short for Angelov or something similar but probably not.!!

If they're not called Angel then

Krassi, George, Nic Val and Bobby are also in abundance!!

Whatever the name they are nearly always wonderful

We went the week after half term, how cute was Angel (yummy)?! Can't say we came across Tesco at any time! Was Rozz the other great looking snowboarding instructor who was always offering to change money? (and who got his clothes off at every opportunity at the ski show?)

By all accounts the name is Angel in Bulgarian but pronouced like the fella who plays for Aston Villa (sounds like angle to be honest!!). Ours had a the nickname Rich, god knows why, Angel was much more fitting!
