24th / 25th January

I phoned up Britannia today to find out about the flight - we are definitely booked on the flight on the Sunday - if necessary, tickets will be issued on departure. You can pre-book seats too, but they did give me different flight times that I was told, so who knows.

I wonder if we'll get any compensation for all this mucking around - Pete, can you lead on that.

Yesterday I had a right barney with Crystal as they sent our tickets out showing a 24th Jan departure. After being told that I had an attitude problem, they said they would send correct tickets out first class for 25th departure.

This morning tickets arrived for my wife and our friend, but not for me.

Are they trying to tell me something???????

Why not phone up Britannia and confirm the flights direct with them - at least you'll get an answer that way. Maybe you are flying on Saturday to prepare Pamps for the rest of us - it's just no-one told you...
