My husband and I are arriving in Borovets on 29th Jan. This will be my second time to Borovets. Flying from Bristol.
Have not been to Borovets for 10 years so any tips of where to eat/drink would be great. Is it expensive to eat/drink out??
Anyone wanting to meet up for plenty of drinks and partying please be in touch.
See you there
Hi Emma, we get there on the 27th for a long weekend, a friend and i just a break from work.
The prices in Borovets are higher than other towns like somokov ect but that is expected in a resort i suppose. But Borovets is still great value to the uk.
I have a house on the outskirts of Boro so go 2/3 times a year boarding with friends and family.
Dont get all your money changed in the uk as the exchange rate is more favourable in the banks in Boro but only go to the banks not the kiosks ...

Restaurants you need to shop around though as the leases are annually held and restaurant management change each year and you might find one owner in another building year on year so you need to ask and dont be afraid to walk out if you dont like the prices but then all prices are on the outside.
I am with a friend this year so we will have to meet for a drink one night as we will be there 2 days before you and may be able to give you some knowledge...
