Sorry I didn't e-mail you sooner but unfortunately didn't manage to read messages yesterday afternoon!I've e-mailed you now but wasn't sure if it was a work related address. See that you are having trouble with good old Airtours and your ski pack. The information I posted the other day about ski schools is still there. Copied it again below. If you wanted to talk about something else then feel free to e-mail me directly.

We go half term, 14th Feb and are staying at the Alpin Hotel.
As you know we are doing everything independantly so hopefully it will all work out. Not been brave enough to do this before so a mix of apprehension as well as excitement
Here's hoping that you manage to sort everything out ok re: your ski packs. It seems once the holiday companies have your money they're not that bothered from thereon in - a sign of the times I suppose.
There were at least 2 groups going out last ...

There were at least 2 groups going out last week and using the Albena Ski School and both have said they'd let me how they got on - fingers crossed. If the worse comes to the worst, I'm sure it won't - at least we'll have a lift pass
