D HI EVERYBODY,WONDERING IF ANYONE CAN HELP!!
I'M VERY INTERESTED IN BUYING AN APARTMENT IN BANSKO, MAINLY AFTER SEARCHING THE INTERNET,I'VE NEVER BEEN TO THIS AREA,IM LOOKING AT THE NEW DEVELOPMENT CALLED THE ORCHARD,ANYONE WITH ANY INFO
1)POSITION OF DEVELOPMENT e.g.BARS/RESTAURANTS,SHOPS (other than the development)
2)WALKING DISTANCE TO VILLAGE/TOWN
3)HOW POPULAR IS THIS AREA
4)HOW EASY WOULD IT BE TO RENT
5)WOULD THIS AREA BE JUST AS POPULAR IN SPRING AND SUMMER IF SO WHAT'S ON OFFER
6)WHAT WOULD A GUEST BE LOOKING FOR e.g.SIZE OF APT,CLOSE TO LIFT OR WHAT ?
7)I UNDERSTAND THAT THE AIRPORT IS QUITE FAR WHAT WOULD GUEST DO RENT A CAR ?AND WOULD THIS BE EASY TO DO.
ANY INFO WOULD BE APPRICIATED

Questions 1-3 can (and should) be answered by a visit in person.
Question 4 and 5 are anyone’s guess at the moment - again you need to visit yourself to make these decisions... and DON'T listen to the BS that agents tell you!
Question 6... well, depends on the guest - but close to the gondola is a big bonus.
As for the drive? It can be a nightmare. I drive the route regularly, but had to turn back yesterday morning because the conditions were so bad, and the road was blocked. If you aren't experienced with Bulgarian roads you shouldn't drive them...

Book a flight, do the drive yourself... and then spend some time in the resort... then all your questions will be answered by the person you trust the most
