re: ANDORRA

Yes Steve, and have to say I didn't really enjoy it.
Found the slopes to be boring, ski school a shambles and nightlife very low-key.

I'm sure others will have loved it - but not for me.

re: ANDORRA

Skiing ok, nightlife crap, prices not bad for drinks but not as good as Bg. Rubbish food on slopes. Would I go back not likely.

re: ANDORRA

Try Pas-de-la-casa instead, much better skiing.
Andorra La Bella is ok but far too busy in Town, traffic to mountain very bad and hard to park, not bad skiing though, great Spa centre.
Nightlife depends on company, i always goout and enjoy somewhere Booze

re: ANDORRA

Took the family skiing there 2 years ago. Agree that ski school (my wife had 3 different instructors in a week in a group of about 14!) & depot weren't great (that's a bit of an understatement). Stayed at the Hotel Crest. Liked it there, friendly with own ski-lift.
Didn't go out much at night but the biggest disappointment compared with Bulgaria was the lack of restaurants on the slopes and the attitude to the customers. They asked you to leave after a while. There was only one overlooking ...

Didn't go out much at night but the biggest disappointment compared with Bulgaria was the lack of restaurants on the slopes and the attitude to the customers. They asked you to leave after a while. There was only one overlooking the overcrowded nursery slope and it was quite pricey because of lack of competition. The lifts were better though. In Arinsal there is really only one big slope with different steepness. There is a connection to Pal but it wasn't open. Apparently Pal is more scenic.
We enjoyed it, but Pamporovo beats it hands down.
