cool :-) skiier! Never tried the boarding must give it a go sometime. Titanic such a bizarre name for a pub. "drink goes down well", "no ice thanks" etc etc!

I hope to be heading out myself on the 1st March.

I’ve left it a bit late to book, and am hoping for a last minute deal.

Have stayed at the Samokov, Ela, Mura & Iglika in the past, but I’m not too fussy as long as it is central. I hated the “long” walk to the Iglika after a hard days skiing…

Bibbly boards and I blade, so a skier will compliment nicely. Titanic is cool - a nautical theme pub right up a sodding great mountain LOL

I'll be there too with the boyfriend (total beginner)and my son (15 skies and boards dangerously well for a beginner) my daughter (7 and a total beginner) and I've skied before but spent a week sulking cause my son showed me up!!

I hope to bump into some other families so the kids can socialize and leave the adult to their drinking!!!

My family loves music. Are there any bars with live music or that play proper (rock) music or is it all chart, pop and dance?

I don't think that modern music has really caught up. Marmacetas has life music, and the black tiger is quite rocky, - well I know most of the words anyway.

Sunday night 8pm at the Titanic. But we will be splitting between there and the AlpinA.

Victoria - the music - it was live as in not dead - but very nearly! My spelling isn't too clever, but I just checked, and I never said it was good. LOL

How many of you are going gilly? I think we're not due in to the resort until about 10.30 on the sat night.might have to try and find somewhere to start drinking at about 11!!
