ATM's for money1

Having looked through the forum, it appears that cash or card is best for getting levs in Bulgaria. I was going to take travellers cheques, but apparently they aren't great for changing them. If I did use an ATM, what would I get charged for withdrawing levs?

£2.33 for 200 levs is what I was charged most times. But you avaid the exchage rate difference, so it is very good value.

There are at least two ATMs in Pamps

One in the lobby of the Mourgavets and another at the bank outside the Perelik
