I went there with Neilsons in Jan and had a great time. The rep (Amy) was just about the best rep I ever encountered (she was so concerned that my non-skiing wife might be getting bored by the third day that she took her out for lunch and spent a whole day with her)
I have nothing bad to say about them. I should also mention two other points
1. The rep was a keen boarder whose friend had come out to see her so to take my wife out mean't her missing a whole day on the slopes with her mate
2. A big plus for me was the fact that Neilson had the best flight times ie you arrived before midnight on the Saturday even after the 2 hr transfer whereas most of the others had flights which meant you got to the hotel at 2 am
Tell us all what the problems are so we can judge for ourselves.
I personnally have never been skiing with Neilson, however, the sailing holiday we had with them last year was probably the best holiday we have ever had and the staff culdn't do enough for us.
So I would like to hear the full story so that I can make my own mind up.
Too right , it's not fair just to make a comment , but not back it up with anything.
I am sure the rep there is doing all she can from what I' ve heard. She is on her own there and has a hard job , but is doing well.
Are you going to tell us your problem Donners , or is it that there wasn't a problem and you just want to stir !
nice one guys agree with all the above comments, yet again wingin brits just get on with it.Bulgaria is a fantastic place you just ave to ave a open mind! comon you can do it......
