Absence of Marko the Relaaaaaax-ed

Marco will definately not be in Pamps for the foreseeable future (well at least mid-end Feb anyway). Spoke to him last week and Southampton's obviously got something his native homeland hasn't.
We were over from Belfast in Southampton for Xmas and despite plans made to catch up with him, it didnt' pan out that way unfortunately. This'll be the first year in six that Marco's not been our instructor, so it will feel slightly surreal without him.

Apparently he has applied for an industrial visa that will allow him to continue working in Southampton. He had to send his Passport away and has only now realised that he will not get it back for up to 8 weeks.

Silly Billly. Now I suppose I will have to take all his ski lessons.

I'm meeting Rie and Sandy in February for a week of bend de kneess so you might be teaching me. Are you a patient person ? ? never been skiing before and looking forwards to having a scream.
