Accessories in Bansko

All,

Need helmets,wrist protectors etc for 15 &13 yr old kids is it best to buy in UK or wait till we get to bansko,

Note we arrive in Bansko 14.00hrs

i would imagine you will get them cheaper here - ebay for example. if you buy in resort they will be top brands which you will pay more for. The helmets available on ebay are mostly brand new and quite reasonably priced. They are just a bit of a pain to pack as they take up quite a bit of space in the case. You don't want to spend hours shopping on your first day in resort either i imagine?

Try ebay or your local freecycle. It's amazing what people give away for free!

Don't buy a helmet on ebay you have to try them on to ensure a good fit. A loose helmet isn't a lot of use if you slam into a tree!
