Hey Guys,

Spent a week in Borovets last year in January and it was the best week of my life.

Since then have spread the word about the place with my mates and were all planning a skiing trip over there around March 5th

Just wondering if anyone knows what the conditions will be like or if there will even be snow that time of year?

Also does anyone know what the nightlife is like this time of the year? As last year it was so good my liver almost gave in towards the end of the week.

Cant wait to get out there again. Any advice or help would be much appreciated

Went first week of March last year - great time. Booked for 4th March this year and I reckon it could be better. The snow of the past couple of weeks will put an excellent base down and with the extra cannons I really don't see a problem even if snow is lacking for the next 8 weeks. The only worry will be if there is not much snow and then a very warm week or two at the end of Feb.

With the amount of snow Borovets has seen over the last 2 days it will give us an excellent base for March.

I've been going 1st week of March for the last 4 years always had agreat time, although the last couple of years have been quieter. But having said that I do know from a very reliable source, bookings are up on last year for March.

This year I've booked 2nd week March because the last couple of years they've always had amazing snow just as we were leaving. But you just never know!

March is a great month to ski, tends to be warmer and sunnier!!
