Hi, Matt, I am buying off plan with Bulgaria Revealed in the Saphire Development. It's not the closest to the Gondola, but a big secure gated dev, with transfers to the slopes. And because of thisI am able to buy a 2 bed, 2 bath for under £50k, including legal fees, Furniture package etc (if I go with them). They have kept me informed the whole way so far, I was even contacted by the deloper confirming they had received my first installment. I was also sent a confirmation certificate proving that the developers have planning permission to build, as apparently a lot of developers sell before they even get permission.

Please make sure you read your contract properly (it should be in English & Bulgarian, and do a bit of homework on the developers/agents (speak to other purchase from your development). I have contact details for the agent, the solicitor (English speaking Bulgarian) and the developers so if I have any probs I don't have to go through 3rd parties.
