Advise on equipment & passes

It is our 1st time to Borovets, can anyone advise me if we can hire ski's, poles, boots and buy a lift pass on a daily basis. We do not want to commit to a 6 day package. Can we pay for these locally ? Which currency is best ?

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks

Ok this one comes up all the time so here goes. IF you buy a lift pass locally or rent equipment loacally it WILL COST YOU AT LEAST DOUBLE just pay before you go it is not that much and you are going to need it anyway Wink

It will be cheaper for you to buy a six day package here than it will be to buy as you go along there.

The lift pass alone will set you back £100 - trust me!

re: Advise on equipment & passes

Definately book everything before you go. Even if you don't use the hired equipment every day it will still work out cheaper booking in advance that hiring on a daily basis.

Enjoy Very Happy
