Airtours Reps

I have booked with Airtours to go to Borovets in February. Last year i went with Balkan and their reps were pretty good.....i was just wondering what the Airtours reps were like?? Any help would be cool

I worked last winter season in the alps and at airport transfers etc saw airtours reps, they always seemed ok and friendly enough then!!

I went with Airtours a couple of years ago. I would say they were OK, but that's about it. I went with Neilsons last year and they were superb. Always gonig out of their way to help. Have booked with Neilsons again this year.
