It's the kids i feel sorry for. All revved up for xmas and skiing, then no go. It's fine for the adults to talk about going out and gettingn hammered, but what will there be for the snappers and young'uns to do

Pool and Arcade Games.
Mountain Walks - Picnics.
Day trips - Plovdiv, Lakes, Chepalare.
(Struggling now)
I still believe snow will arrive by Xmas, but the reps will be on hand to lay on some entertainment for sure.

what is there to do in Borovets besides drinking
.(i like drinking
but i can't do it all the time)we are going 24th december for 9 days staying at the Rila,Borovets
This is our first skiing (!!!!) holiday
We are a party of 8 (4 adults-2 tennagers of 17 and 2 teenagers of 14).
Any ideas would be helpful.

Oh Dear perhaps I can wait now. Just hope newspapers in Bulgaria are the same here in their reporting and they have got it totally wrong. Otherwise I suggest alternative winter olympics within the hotel complexes of pool games for the children and bar games for the adults.re: Alarming News In Sofia Echo Today
Could the reps organise a mini drinking olympics !! it sounds like there are a lot of seasoned drinkers ready to hit Bulgaria, I'll be up for competing for a gold medal in drinking, i'd never come close to getting a ski medal so a drinking medal would be a bonus.
