I am surprised at this post,I have posted the true facts of what happened to my friend, I am surprised that Susan had a lot to say to you when she was not in the country and has not as far as I know replied to or got in touch with my friend. Believe me the police were not interested, the representative from Alexander services had a nonchalant attitude from walking through the door.My friends sister was not happy and had a rant at him because he never even spoke to her sister when he came in. We are all offended with the treatment we have had especially to be made out to be liars, my friends are good upholding members of Great Britain and work for Government agencies with an exemplary record. Why would you report a robbery 8 hours before you were leaving for home? How would you have reacted if you had found your room robbed of money and they had got in with a key. I am sure Susan has my friends phone number, you would of thought it would be common courtesy to speak to the victim to find their side of the story. I am not the kind of person that would slander anybody's name and always give positive feed back when I have had great service. I am sorry Steve that you feel you have been caught up in this terrible affair, that was not my intention, only to make people aware of how bad we were treated, and that is a fact no matter what you have been told.
