I made a reply to a post involving Alexander Services in Bansko. I am now aware of the facts and would like to make an unreserved appology to the team at Alexander, especially Susan. I had bought their professionalism into question and am now totally satisfied that their action in this matter was correct under the circumstances. I had my best intentions involving the post but accept that i was wrong.

We are all offended with the treatment we have had especially to be made out to be liars, my friends are good upholding members of Great Britain and work for Government agencies with an exemplary record. Why would you report a robbery 8 hours before you were leaving for home? How would you have reacted if you had found your room robbed of money and they had got in with a key. I am sure Susan has my friends phone number, you would of thought it would be common courtesy to speak to the victim to find their side of the story. I am not the kind of person that would slander anybody's name and always give positive feed back when I have had great service. I am sorry Steve that you feel you have been caught up in this terrible affair, that was not my intention, only to make people aware of how bad we were treated, and that is a fact no matter what you have been told.
Samantha don't forget that Steve is dependant on good relations with the local companies doesn't matter what the facts are .
In Bulgaria you have to be very very careful how you behave and what you say so the appologies above are done to smooth over the problems if he wants to continue to do business in the area.
So please do not be offended reading the above .
It is very subjective one sided and done with other intentions I believe.
On reflection i would have been better to communicate my personal feelings off the board, perhaps to both parties... but i was incensed by the actual reason for the original post and jumped in. I am hoping that now there are people better than myself involved that can perhaps arrive at some mid-ground, and move on taking stock of all, and maybe learn from this experience.
Just a quick one - we are not dependant on any local companies. Our work comes from previous guests who pass on our details and returning guests. We deliver a service we believe people would want and so we do not need to rely on any other companies/ or need them. Word of mouth and happy guests who reccommend our services. This is where our business comes from.
You do have to keep good relations here though even if you do not have anything to do with other companies or people.
