Is it safe to go ahead and book the hotel or shall I await your instructions??

There only seems to be a few people who have 100% committed to the meet, Therefore I don't know if it is worth going ahead???

If we could get some more definates, then I would get in touch with the hotel, and sort out the skiing or bowling!
