Not that my opinion matters for much but go for if you want too Mark. Leave your email open on your name so people can respond directly rather than on the forum.

The difference here is the change of one name, for a fee, rather than changing both or all names, which they would treat as a cancellation (in most cases)

Sorry to hear about your news - but why not go anyway and maybe see if some friends will go with you? It will probably be good for you!

Hey thanks for the replies.

The package is 4 flight tickets and a 2 bed apartment. I booked them seperate because when I did book the flights with easyjet last August..they were cheap !

Easyjet's policy is £30 per flight (£60 return) per person for a name change then..if there is a difference in flight price at the time of name change compared to time of booking, you have to pay that too..what a con !

But add that all in to the original cost and its still a cheap flight !

I put the flights on Ebay and they took them off ! Its against their regulations to sell tickets because I am not an ATOL protected seller !

this close to going i would ask some friends to go with you and get them to pay for the name change and give them the holiday ...have a bloody good time and tell them they have got to pay for the beer Booze Booze

Ok you don't get your money back, but you may loose it all in anycase...so your not going to be any worse off and you may just have a fab time ...and a holiday is always a good way to clear your head...the skiing will do that aswell... sorry i know how it feels

Aw, poor you. GO - you'll meet people and have a great time. I went on my own years ago and had a ball! Just think - no one else to consider - you can do whatever you want whenever you want Very Happy
Join a class. You will meet people! Good luck.

Yeah I have thought of going alone, but I will have too much time on my own to start with to think about who show have been there with me.

Seasoned skier so wouldnt need to join a class but I will have a think, but in the meantime..I only want £400 for the tickets, thats £100 return per person !
