Went into the Travel Agent last Thursday to book my new holiday.
They knew the circumstances about having to cancel 5th February and bent over backwards to help me. Went through all the availability, chose the best flight times and best packages. Booked to travel to Borovets on 12th March and staying at the Samokov. Travel agent took off various bits of money, did a good deal on the car parking and was really helpful (Thanks Cheryl at Thomson in Borehamwood)

Saturday I get my confirmation invoice from Inghams (sent via Thomson) and on Monday I got a call to say that the tickets were in, come and collect them.
Popped in last night, tickets there, awaiting collection, no mistakes, learn to ski pack all there (looks like it will be the Samokov ski school) and now raring to go...
14 days and counting. Took the bag out last night and chucked out half the stuff that I won't be needed, now just need to work out what I will need.

went with inghams to italy jan 05 last minute brilliant, booked crystal 11th feb for 5th March,still waiting for stuff wont book with them again last minute unless you can avoid their call centres which are staffed by **************re: Amazing service from Inghams
I won't book Crystal and the girls at Thomson know it - they didn't even offer me Crystal cos they are so inefficient and it's the same parent company. I think that says it all.J
