Any comments on Guinness Hotel in Bansko

Travel agency just informed us that they can offer this hotel instead of one we booked 10 days ago. Did anyone stayed there? Help please!!!!!!

Im staying in the hotel in Feb.

This is a cut from a post someone put up about the Hotel.

The guiness hotel is very impressive looking (5star). It is 300 yards from the gondola, Great position for skiing. It is surrounded by building works, as is the norm, but if I were stopping there it would not bother me. 10min stroll into town center. It is positioned on the opposite side of the river to the town, but that should not be a problem. Overall it looked very good.

I've looked at tripadvisor. One comment only and a very bad one. Paul's comment is OK one, but still don't know what to say to agency. If there is no snow for skiing that hotel will have crucial role through my holiday beginning 20th January.
