Any snow in January?

Im thinking about going skiing in pamporovo on the 5th of january -ish. does anyone know what the chances are of good snow? its for my boyfriends birthday and dont want to end up there if theres no snow! Also if it doesnt snow does anyone know if theres anything else to do there?

fishing is the next most popular sport after skiing..when the snow fails to arrive everyone gets their rods out...winter carp fishing is massive!!
