Ken, I would host it on my site, but there is very little webspace left. The yorkshire terrier was good enough to help me out with a video I've uploaded, but I think he's in Bulgaria at the moment. How big is this .avi file?. I'll see if I can find some more webspace somewhere.

Hi banknote

Its a few avi files which add up to 150 mb

150Mb....yikes !
I've only got 25Mb webspace, and I think I'm over that already. I doubt I'll be able to find anywhere to upload that much.
